We are writing to extend our sincere apologies for the delays in announcing results and sending certificates over the past few years. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and take full responsibility for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

We deeply regret that our failure to provide timely updates has undermined the spirit of the competition and damaged your trust in FCW. There is no justification for these delays.

To address this, we are implementing the following changes starting with this year's festival:

• Faster Results: We will ensure that competition results are announced promptly after the submission period ends.

  
  

• Timely Digital Certificates: PDF certificates and digital catalogues will be sent to winners immediately after the results are published.

  
  

We are fully committed to reforming the competition process. Your criticism is a valuable gift that drives us to improve. We truly cherish this festival and are dedicated to restoring your confidence in it.

We humbly ask for your forgiveness and the chance to regain your trust. Your continued participation and support mean a great deal to us.
